This requirement is intended to ensure the authenticity of employers and to confirm that only those adhering to NASLEM’s established hiring guidelines are permitted to recruit Professional Individual Members.

1. NASLEM Membership
Only companies registered as active members of NASLEM are eligible to post vacancies.

2. Company Registration
Must be a legally registered company in Malaysia (SSM / ROC / ROB or equivalent).

3. Industry Relevance
Vacancies must be related to scaffolding and lifting to maintain portal relevance. It can be from apprentice, general worker, administration, operator, supervisor, manager and more higher!

4. Genuine Job Postings Only
Job advertisements must be authentic, accurate, and free of misleading information. Fraudulent or duplicate postings are prohibited.

5. Non-Discrimination
Vacancies must not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or nationality, in line with fair employment practices.

6. Clear Job Details
Employers must provide:

  • Job title
  • Job description & responsibilities
  • Location of work
  • Minimum requirements/qualifications
  • Type of employment (full-time, part-time, contract)
  • Salary range/benefits (Salary must follow NASLEM minimum salary guidelines)

7. Verification & Approval
All job postings are subject to NASLEM admin review and approval before being published.

8. Contact Person
Employers must provide a valid contact person and email/phone number for candidate communication.

9. Adherence to NASLEM Code of Conduct
Companies agree to ethical recruitment practices and to respect candidate privacy.
